Only 24 participants.  Practioners: Lesley Colburn & Tanya Gill 

This is an in-person 1 hour event that includes sound bath therapy, meditation, and energy healing. 

Soothing tones & harmonic vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, & tuning forks to induce a peaceful healing meditative state.

While these tones enter into your cellular structure you will also receive a blend of Reiki and energy work modalities to bring healing and activations. 

Location:

Southminster United Church, (Office Door Entrance), 2nd Floor, 1011 4 Ave S, Lethbridge, AB. 

Please bring: yoga mat, blanket, pillow, water, and an open heart. ♥
