This is an in-person 2+ hour event that includes a "Vision Within" Workshop with meditation, sound  & energy bath.

The Vision Building Workshop includes a PDF Booklet to help facilitate the integration of self awareness of your next steps.

Soothing tones & harmonic vibrations of crystal bowls, drums, & tuning forks to induce a peaceful healing meditative state.

While these tones enter into your cellular structure you will also receive a blend of Reiki and energy work modalities to bring healing and activations.
